We are always blown away by Sony's high-resolution a7R series cameras, and the 2026 Sony a7R VI is no exception. It ended up being the perfect camera to capture the shocking colors and low light details when scuba diving the dozens of underwater shipwrecks of Truk Lagoon, Micronesia.
Nirupam Nigam of Bluewater Photo Store came back with some insane footage using the a7R VI combined with the Canon EF 8-15 F4 L Fisheye lens (and Metabones adapter).
Dual RC232 hybrid strobes with built-in video lights were the perfect complement as they streamline your system and make switching back and forth between stills and video effortless.
