Signature Required on Orders Over $500
Orders over $500 will be shipped with signature required upon delivery. For added flexibility in delivery routing and the ability to sign for a package remotely, we recommend signing up for UPS My Choice with your shipping address before placing an order. My Choice services cannot be added to shipments already in transit.
Most items are able to ship within 1-3 business days. We will notify you by email if your items are out of stock or if we expect a delay in the shipment of your order. Your card will be charged when the product(s) are shipped.
All items are shipped from our factory in Indianapolis, IN, USA. Standard UPS delivery times are shown on the map below. Delivery times are quoted in business days (Monday through Friday). Delivery times are not guaranteed and do not include order processing.
We accept the return of product that is new and unused if returned to arrive at Ikelite within 30 days of purchase. Products purchased from Ikelite online may not be returned through a local dealer. The returned item(s) must be packaged inside of a separate shipping carton and returned to Ikelite postage prepaid. Collect shipments will be refused.
All returned items must be in new, unused condition, in their original packaging including all accessories. We will not accept the return of a product if any portion of it the product or its accessories have been submerged in water.
We do not accept the return of items that have been in the water, final sale or closeout items, discontinued items, or special order products. Items which are missing components, are not in their original packaging, or do not meet the requirements mentioned above, will be subject to a 15% restock fee or refused.
Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
For the fastest processing, contact us for a return authorization number. If you are unable to get in contact with us, please include a cover letter with instructions and full contact information inside of the box.
Products ordered through a dealer may not be returned directly to Ikelite. Please contact your dealer for information on their returns policies and how to initiate a return.
Items Missing or Damaged in Shipment
It is important to carefully inspect your order as soon as it is received. Contact us by email within 3 days of receipt if you are missing products or accessories, or if any of the items were damaged in shipment. If products have been damaged, please save all packaging and send us photos of both the damage to the items, and the external shipping carton.
