We do not offer walk-in sales or service. Please visit our Service & Repairs page to obtain product service.
Hours: Our customer support is available Monday to Friday: 9am-5pm ET with a break from 12-1pm for lunch.
Holiday Closures: We close for all major US holidays including Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thurs-Fri), Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year.

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. We do our best to get you equipment in time for your shoot. If you have a deadline, please include it as an Order Note in your shopping cart before checking out.
Do you ship overseas?
We ship direct within the USA only. Our products are available in over 95 countries through our network of Authorized Dealers.
Can you support my project or cause?
We are excited that you are using underwater photography in your project. Due to high call volume, we are not able to discuss proposals over the phone. Click here for information on submitting a proposal
Can you identify my housing?
We are happy to help identify older model housings. We require photos of the housing front and back as well as the housing serial number. The serial number is typically stamped on the top edge of the front and along the top edge of the back. On smaller housings the serial number may be found on the inside of the back. Send these to us via ikelite@ikelite.com and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
