When will my order ship?
Most accessories ship within 1-2 business days. Most housings and lighting products are running on approximately 2-3 week delay. We do our best to get you equipment in time for your shoot. Please contact us if you have a specific deadline.
Do you ship overseas?
We ship direct within the USA only. Our products are available in over 95 countries throgh our network of Authorized Dealers.
Can you support my project or cause?
We are excited that you are using underwater photography in your project. Due to high call volume, we are not able to discuss proposals over the phone. Click here for information on submitting a proposal
Can you identify my housing?
We are happy to help identify older model housings. We require photos of the housing front and back as well as the housing serial number. The serial number is typically stamped on the top edge of the front and along the top edge of the back. On smaller housings the serial number may be found on the inside of the back. Send these to us via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
