Diving since 1981, it was not until getting a job posting in Timor-Leste in 2003 that I started to get into underwater photography. With a 3 year-old daughter, I wanted to share the wondrous things I was seeing underwater. With my Olympus and Ikelite housing and strobes, I started collecting images from the vibrant reefs in Timor. I continued in Haiti, Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Sri Lanka and Maldives. My daughter is now a divemaster, so I guess it worked...
