Sony a1 II in Raja Ampat Reviews & Results image by Logan Wood for Ikelite Underwater Systems

Images and quotes by Logan Wood

"As Sony’s flagship camera, it came as no surprise that the A1 II produced great photos and videos. However, it’s ability to actively track fish eyes and correctly auto white balance in video at depth stood out as a major improvement from other Sony cameras."

"My favorite part of shooting Sony cameras is how customizable they are. The A1 II takes that a step further with almost too many options. I haven’t found a setting I couldn’t map to a physical button on the camera. That’s a big deal for shooting in an underwater housing."

"Improvements in autofocus gets tossed around with every new camera model. The Sony A1 II is the first camera I’m confident is better at autofocusing in every situation I’ve shot it in."
