New Safety Port Lock system introduced September, 1996 eliminates any possibility of accidental unlocking of the ports. Port removal and installation is easier than any other housing system, and the clear housing allows you to see that the port is properly sealed.

SLR-AF CASE:

Most cameras are installed in this very compact housing. The body is molded of clear polycarbonate providing the "Clearly Superior" advantages and excellent corrosion resistance. The back is molded in black to provide brighter viewing by shielding the viewfinder.

The overall dimensions are 11" wide x 8" high. Front-to-back measures 5.5" plus port. Width is 14.5" with the removable handle bar attached.

The housing with handle assembly and port weighs less than 8 pounds.

SLR-MD CASE:

The Ikelite SLR-MD Case body is slightly higher than the SLR-AF Case, but the actual overall height is very similar when measured to the top of the knobs. Front and back are both molded in clear polycarbonate.

The overall dimensions are 10.5" wide x 8" high. Front-to-back measures 6" plus port. Width is 14" with the removable handle bar attached.

The housing with handle assembly and port weighs about 10 pounds.
