All Ikelite housings for the Minolta cameras include a hotshoe connection and a housing bulkhead to allow addition of Ikelite Substrobes. All TTL Substrobes are compatible with the Minolta TTL system. Under-exposure warning is also signaled by the strobe.

All housings provide aperture and zoom control, or focus control for manual lenses. Minolta was a pioneer in auto-focus slr cameras, and these cameras prove very capable underwater. Housing does not include port.
