A mini-version of our heavy duty thick wall housings that is virtually indestructible, has 200 feet depth capabilities, and is priced like thin wall housings with limited depth rating. The housing provides all of the functions for this Olympus 7 megapixel camera.

The housing includes a flash diffuser that allows underwater photos to be taken with the built-in strobe of the camera.

Removable external color filters #6441.32 for tropical blue water and #6441.72 for green water settings provide color correction in sunny conditions up to approximately 80ft (24m). For use without a flash. Filters sold separately.

For optimum lighting underwater an optional external strobe (flash) is recommended. Ikelite strobes are brighter, recycle faster and offer wider coverage than the camera's flash. Being farther from the camera lens, the strobe aids in reducing the illumination of particles in the water which helps to eliminate backscatter.

The camera lens is recessed too far to allow attaching optional external conversion lenses.
