Lifetime Guarantee Against Manufacturing Defects

All of our lights carry a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. Bulbs and batteries are not covered by any specific warranty, but we do guarantee them to provide a reasonable minimum life. A new light that fails to turn-on would indicate a defective bulb or batteries. Replacement bulb or batteries will be forwarded to the dealer in such instances. In the unlikely event that any of our PC, PCa, Mini-C, RCD or Super-8 non-rechargeable lights should leak on an initial use, the dealer from whom you purchased it is authorized to replace the light. A light that develops a leak after being used multiple times should be returned directly to us for inspection. We will replace any components that prove to be defective and return postpaid. Repairs for leakage caused by conditions beyond our control may be assessed a nominal charge. Lamp and batteries are not covered by this guarantee. Lights may be returned to us for analysis and repair any time.
