The newest 4 megapixel Canon G2 proves to be user friendly, fun, and easy to use in our housing. We were very impressed with our test results.

Every camera function except the self timer and continuous button is accessible in the housing. Optional UWL-100 wide angle lenses produced by Inon or the #58070 Sea & Sea wide conversion lens can be attached to the port. Complete housing and camera weighs less than 6 pounds.

The housing includes a diffuser to allow underwater photos to be taken with the built-in strobe of the camera, but an optional DS series strobe placed farther from the lens improves the photographs by reducing the illumination of particles suspended in the water.

This camera utilizes a pre flash system requiring our new DS series Digital SubStrobes and TTL Slave Sensors which are completely compatible, duplicating the automatic exposure dictated by the camera.

The housing is molded of corrosion free clear polycarbonate and operates safely to 200 feet. The Release Handle system allows easy attachment and removal of SubStrobe mounting arms at the touch of a button.

Housing measures 7" wide including knobs; 10.5" wide with the removable handle bar attached; 6" high including the removable base; and 6" deep including the port and back knobs.
