Flickering is almost always a result of low batteries. Replace your batteries with brand new cells and the flickering should go away. Occasionally, brand new batteries can be bad so try a couple of sets of batteries to determine whether it is a flashlight problem or a battery problem.
If the light flickers with good batteries, please return the light for service.
You can, but rechargeable batteries do not have the same capacity as high-quality non-rechargeable cells. Burn time will be approximately cut in half when using rechargeable CR123 batteries.
Lithium-ion batteries are not recommended. Use of lithium-ion batteries can lead to shortened LED life or LED failure.
