Film advance rubber pad came off:
The very first batch of housings we shipped featured a peel-and-stick replacement pad on the film advance hub. This idea was abandoned to obtain a more satisfactory bonding of the rubber pad to the hub. New advance hubs with permanently bonded rubber pad were sent to all dealers and customers who purchased these first housings.
The flash will not turn "on" or film advance is not operating:
Check that you have the camera tray and the flash pawl set in the proper positions.
