At Captain Don's Habitat, where we stayed, they were very particular about avoiding contact with the marine life. My buddy and I were very happy to follow the rules. Though it looks like the puffer was agitated intentionally, it was actually inadvertently startled by our divemaster under the Town Pier at night, and I happened to be right there with my Aquashot 3e and macro kit. I wasn't sure the picture would turn out since it happened so fast!
