I began diving in 1975 at the age of 15. I have logged over 550 dives at various dive locations in the Bahamas, Florida, Grand Cayman, Gulf of Mexico, and Cozumel. I've also dove many lakes, rivers, springs and quarries in Texas and Oklahoma. I started photography with an Aquashot I in 1991. I'm currently using an Aquashot III with a Fuji Endeavor 10 camera and the Aquashot Macro Kit.
This yellow moray eel has made himself at home in the aviation light of an airplane wing. This photo was taken on a shore night dive at the LaCeiba Hotel in Cozumel, Mexico. Yes, it did scare me when I first peeked in the hole to see what was there. This was at night, remember!
